G'day mate, I'm Nyra Drakae and I'm from the dangerous Down Under! Crikey.
I'm also a freelance digital artist who is asked many things. I find myself often repeating large wads of text to various artists of various skills asking me various questions....variously.
If not the artist themselves, often a friend will message me saying one of their other artist friends is having some trouble and is wondering if I could help out.
Quite often, the answers to many questions are usually the same and they are long and complex, because art and the industry is complex.
So I thought, "Hey why not just start some kind of blog where I can write out all my answers in a more thought-out blog article that I can just link people to? Wouldn't that be convenient!" Yes. Yes it would be.
Now here we are! So welcome!
This blog will predominantly talk about digital art, however plenty of topics will be about art in general and not specific to any medium, such as dealing with the anxieties of art or moving from a hobbyist into the professional industry. So don't shy away if you're not a digital artist!
The first topics I plan to talk about are:

There is a form at the bottom of my blog page where you can submit questions for me to reply to with a blog post! It might take me some time to get to it and I might have some backlog of questions, but hopefully I'll get to yours at some point!
More frequently asked questions are more likely to have an article written for, but if you have a really specific question that hasn't been answered here or you can't seem to find an answer to elsewhere on the internet, feel free to ask and I'll do my best to answer!
If you don't really have a question but you have a topic you'd like me to discuss, please feel free to submit that too!
